A full knockdown and rebuild, this luxury home was designed to meet the needs of a growing family of five—seamlessly blending high-end design with practical, long-term livability.

An 18-month project, this build brought together a team of leading architects and designers to execute a vision that balanced function, form, and future-proofing.

The Challenge:

Positioned in a flame zone, this build required meticulous planning to meet strict fire safety regulations without compromising on aesthetics or quality. Every element was carefully considered to ensure the home was both resilient and refined.
